The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission is implementing a process that will enable School Bus Companies to verify if their drivers with a CDL have complied with new federal medical examiner reporting requirements. Attached you will find an excel spreadsheet to use has a shell for all your districts/companies. After completing this report, please send it to the two MVC staff members whose email address is listed below. They will check  the drivers listed on the report to see if they complied and return the report showing the status for each driver listed.
